SocialAiDigital (“we”, “our”, “us”), operated from https://www.socialaidigital.com, is a revenue intelligence dashboard that helps brands read, categorize, and reply to comments from social accounts they connect. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we store and protect it, who we share it with, and how you can delete it. It applies to our website, web app, and the integrations with Google (Google Sign-In and YouTube) and Meta (Facebook and Instagram).

Information we collect

Account data: your name, email address, password (stored only as a one-way hash), brand settings, and session tokens.
Google Sign-In data: if you choose “Continue with Google”, we receive your Google account ID, name, and email address (scopes openid, email, profile).
Connected account data: when you connect YouTube, Facebook, or Instagram, we store OAuth access and refresh tokens, channel or Page IDs, and account names so we can sync on your behalf.
Social content: public comments on your own posts and videos, commenter display names, post or video titles, timestamps, and reply metadata retrieved through official APIs (YouTube Data API v3, Meta Graph API).
Usage data: basic product actions such as sync, login, and settings changes, plus technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use information

Sign you in and keep your workspace secure.
Import comments from accounts you connect into your inbox and dashboards.
Categorize comments (sales intent, complaints, spam) and draft replies.
Post replies and apply moderation (hide, delete) only when you or rules you set request it.
Send service emails such as password reset, alerts, and reports you enable.

We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell personal data.

Google user data (YouTube and Google Sign-In)

This section describes how SocialAiDigital handles data received from Google APIs.

Data accessed: for Google Sign-In, your Google account ID, name, and email address. For YouTube, with your consent, your channel ID and name, comments on your videos, and the ability to post replies and set comment moderation status (scopes youtube.readonly and youtube.force-ssl).
How we use it: to create and sign in to your SocialAiDigital account; to sync comments from your channel into your inbox; to categorize them and draft replies; and to post replies or moderate comments on your channel only when you ask us to or enable an automation that does so.
Storage and protection: data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored in our access-controlled database. OAuth tokens are kept server-side and are never exposed to other users or third parties.
Sharing: we do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising. We do not transfer it to third parties except the service providers needed to run SocialAiDigital (hosting and database), and, if enabled, an AI provider that processes comment text solely to categorize it and draft replies for you. We do not use Google user data to develop, improve, or train generalized AI or machine-learning models.
Retention and deletion: we keep this data while your workspace is active. Disconnect YouTube from the Connect page to delete stored Google tokens, revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, or email us to delete your account and all associated data.

SocialAiDigital's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Meta user data (Facebook and Instagram)

When you connect a Facebook Page or Instagram professional account, we access Page or account names and IDs, comments on your posts, and, with permission, the ability to reply, hide, or delete comments and send messages you or your automations initiate. We use this data only to provide the features described above and follow the Meta Platform Terms.

Sharing

We share data only as needed to run SocialAiDigital:

Google (YouTube, Google Sign-In) and Meta (Facebook, Instagram) when you connect those accounts.
OpenAI, if enabled, to analyze comment text and draft replies.
Hosting and database providers (Render, MongoDB Atlas) and email delivery providers.
Authorities, if required by law.

Retention

We keep account, connection, and synced comment data while your workspace is active. Disconnecting a channel removes its stored OAuth tokens. When you delete your account, we delete your account data, tokens, and synced content within 30 days, except where we must keep limited records by law.

Your choices and rights

Disconnect YouTube, Facebook, or Instagram at any time from the Connect page.
Revoke Google access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Change or reset your password from the login and settings pages.
Request access, correction, or deletion of your data by emailing [email protected], or follow the steps at User data deletion.

Security

We use HTTPS, hashed passwords, access-controlled databases, and least-privilege API scopes. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify you of any breach as required by law.

Children

SocialAiDigital is a business tool and is not intended for children under 16.

Changes

We may update this policy and will change the “Last updated” date above when we do.
